This agreement is between AlgoNav UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Parkstr. 82, 64289 Darmstadt, Germany (in the following: "AlgoNav") and the company, institution or natural person (in the following: "the user") using AlgoNav's Free Instant PPP Service at ppp.algonav.de (in the following: "the service").
AlgoNav cannot made be liable for any loss or damage that may be incurred by using the service, or by the service being inaccessible or malfunctioning in any way. Positioning results are provided without any prior data validation. It is up to the user to validate the results before using the results for any purpose. All results are generated on a best-effort basis. It is explicitly not guaranteed, that the provided results (including timestamps, positions and estimated position uncertainties) meet any kind of quality criteria.
The files uploaded by the user will be stored on the server of AlgoNav, and AlgoNav is allowed to use these files for developing their software and tuning their algorithms. No uploaded user file, result file or other information is being disclosed to any third parties. Files are stored on EU servers only. The user can request the deletion the copy of his file(s) by sending an email to privacy@algonav.de . The eMail should include the job-ID of the data that he requests to be delted. A technically required session cookie is stored once the user uploads a file.
Note: The user's IP-address is not stored on AlgoNav's servers.
